I have been doing squats all morning long!
I've finished 175 of them so far.
My goal for today is 240
I was wondering how to figure out
the calories burned during squats.
I came across this article
using the math I would burn about 22 calories per minute
it takes me 1 minute to do a set of 25 squats.
So for every 100 squats I do "I burn 88 calories"
now who knows how accurate this is, I mean the machines
aren't that accurate. I like to have an idea - all a mental thing honestly!
