MapMyRun App

I have fallen in LOVE with this app. Now for starters I DO NOT allow this app to get to my head about how many calories are burned then again I don't even believe the treadmill either in any case I like to see the miles ran and the pace kept. I highly suggest this one on top of it being free it also shows you others who are using the app and their routes and how many miles those routes are so for example say you want to run 2-3 miles or whatever your preference instead of having to check the map every so often so see how far you've run you'll already know. Also, depending on your settings the little lady will tell you your pace etc every so often. I think my next task will be to run a mile at a faster pace since I seem to be stuck at 13-14. Again the App in the Apple Store is MapMyRun.                               

Hydroxycut

It has been one week since I started taking the pills and it has helped tremendously. Now I am eating under 1600 calories and exercising more constantly. The first five days I took 1 pill twice a day.  On the sixth day which was Saturday I started taking 2 pills twice a day. The only thing that did bother me was the evening of the first day I got light headed after the second dose and I had a tummy ache however I had the same pain before I even thought to take the pills so I can't necessary give the pills the credit for that. I haven't experienced anything other than those mentioned.  I am pretty happy with the results this far. I am only taking them until my birthday which is October 27. So that's the dead line I've given myself. While I am actually thinking about it I need to read the bottle again just to be sure they don't have me taking more pills after 8 days. Wednesday Recap!

So I need to stay true to what I put on this blog. Yesterday I consumed the following! Breakfast 1/2 Whole Wheat Bagel with Peanut butter (Less than 1/2 of a plastic spoon) Lunch 1/2 of my Parmesan shrimp with noodles Snack Glade Snack bag of Honey Nut Cheerios Dinner Bowl of steamed Cauliflower and Broccoli portion size two servings

Guilty Pleasures

Hey!! So right now I feel like shit. I ate about 4 wings and I know damn well I shouldn't have. And the worst part is I can't even count the calories because I don't know how many per wing. *sigh* Just makes me want to hit the gym right now. I can't I'm here at work until 6:30 maybe 7:00. I don't know why I think those 4 wings automatically added fat to my body. It's all in my head. I ate a full bowl of streamed cauliflower and broccoli last night and in all about 1,000 calories. Actually the past 3 days I've ate under 1,000 calories each day. I'm actually suppose  to consume around 1,600 calories  daily. I think now that I am so focused I need to learn to be patient. Right now I am 100% more healthy than I've ever been. I know I can't be hard on myself. But I could be working out so much more then I am now. With that being said  tomorrow morning I will be running so that's a 5:00 am run and based on timing tomorrow evening I...

Love Having A Girl

Hi People! I'm back! My lovely daughter and I just finished our walk/run for this afternoon! So proud of her!! (insert heart eye emoji) She's my true bestie!! I wouldn't change a thing! (Off track here) Schools out my gym doesn't have a care center for children so I get my fitness in when I can, plus she loves it! 2.20 miles I like this!!! I've been active since Saturday evening walk/run with Danielle and Bruno!! Pure Love! Tomorrow will be my rest day plus my knee has started to bother me a little. In about two weeks I'll be doing a testimonial, I want to make sure I see difference and results before I even mention a name. That's all for now! Bummed NO GYM

Good evening! So I didn't get my gym in tonight but I did hit the streets for 2.40 mile run/walk. I did run more so than I walked. I felt energized motivated all around good. This working out thing is extremely addictive. I'm calling it a night! Until tomorrow loves keep it up!

Welcoming Myself Back, yet again!

Good Afternoon Loves! This is my first post since September 2nd. And I finally joined a gym!!! Planet Fitness. I've only been 3 times but this past time on Monday I was there for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Ok! This is seriously the most time I have ever spent at a gym. So here is the break down of my workout. 10 minute walk in treadmill 10 minute run on treadmill 10 minute bike on level 1 10 minute bike on level 2 10 minutes Elliptical Machine Level 1 5 minutes Elliptical Machine Level 2 (can't really remember) 3 sets of 25 on Abs machine left side 3 sets of 25 on Abs machine right side 3 sets of 25 on the thigh quencher I was so pumped!!! I can't wait to do it again tonight. I think I will follow this workout below for this evening. I want to focus on my arms for at least 15 - 20 minutes during this workout I will focus on this at home before and after the gym 5 minutes on the treadmill walking 10 minutes running on the treadmill 20 minutes on th...

I've been slacking.

Hi Everyone! I'm back! I have been slacking on keeping this thing up to date. Any who I'll include the photos below so that you can see I have yet to give up again. I mentioned before that running is my new found love but I have to say walking has become a love of mine as well! Being active in itself is very important to me. What I have noticed is you can be active in many many ways. This past Monday I didn't make the gym or my walk/run so I thought I wasn't active however I looked at my iPhone Health app and between cleaning the entire morning and walking to and from my daughters school I  averaged 4.6 miles.
