Oh My! You probably think I've given up!
And you know what I did kind of.. But I got back on track and I am more focus than I have ever been. Anyone who's started a weight loss journey knows the trials but I am as mentally ready as I am ready to fit into my old jeans!!! Whoop!
So, I am doing 7 days well 9 days of NO MEAT and a list of other things like bread snacks nothing but fruit and veggies. I have until this coming Wednesday, Feb 25th. I then plan to add a detox water every day since I'll be adding in chicken and fish to my meal plan. So that's it for tonight I'm going to add a few photos to catch you up. I am working out EVERY single day. My first time at an actual gym was yesterday morning 30 min walk at 4.0 speed 2.0 incline. May not be much to the next person but it did me some justice then I walked for about another 40 minutes through the shopping center.
