Hey Hey Hey!

I know I haven't blogged in some time now!
I've been handling and balancing a lot of things but I am back and will provide a little update and add a few things I've learned as well!

So I started to see very very good results I want to say back in September/November I mean my tummy was noticeably flatter but I was also a lot healthier inside and out even my skin showed it. :)
Why that didn't keep me motivated I DO NOT KNOW however I still on the inside feel so much cleaner have you ever ate McDonalds and you get that full, sluggish feeling but you only ate a burger and a fry that's how I felt majority of the time before I started my journey, no longer having that feeling is due very much to my detoxing. I do not fit into my clothes the same but still holding off on my well needed shopping spree. I can now show my sides and not feel well like I don't want to lol!

I mentioned detoxing this is by far the best thing that has ever been introduced to me. I drink a cup or two of tea a day it is either an actual detox tea (Triple Leaf Tea, Detox) very inexpensive it comes in an yellow box I purchase mine from a small store over on Branch Ave by the Giant Food Store I can not recall the name but I need to make another trip there very soon so I will update you the other tea I mentioned is a herbal laxative tea (Triple Leaf Tea, Herbal Laxative) again very inexpensive and taste really good. I DO NOT add any sugar.

I have learned to COUNT COUNT COUNT calories I can not say this more it is so very important. I learned that even though you think oh I haven't eaten that many things today you can still eat over the calorie intake count that you need to lose the weight. For example 10 small whole wheat crackers almost 800 calories, can you believe that? Well I couldn't and it has changed the way I eat, I mean those bag of chips that I use to love or that bottle of Sprite easy easy calorie consumers but goes towards no positive point of your daily calorie intake. I will say I still have my ginger ale every now and then, lets be realistic here we all need that little fix. :)

Well everyone that's the update for now until next time.

Peace n Love

Challenge 2019

My coworker talked me in to joining basically a "challenge group". Each month they take a full 30 days and a certain amount of whichever exercise.  This lovely month of January is 100 air squats and 100 sit-ups.  Whew!  How is this out of shape body going to do this every single day?  Want to know how? But sucking it up and getting to it. I have not felt like it  the last few days I mean I have been in the bed ready to go to sleep and  forced myself to get up and get to it.  Telling myself You've got this!  And your damn right I do.  I started on Day 5 and I am now in on 717 sit ups and 895 air squats. My goal is to reach 9,600 in total by 1.31.2019. That's a pretty large number to me any way, but I am determined to get it. 👑

YOGA

Whew! I am on Day 2 and I am finding out just how inflexible I truly am. I keep thinking to myself ok sis lose a few pounds and you'll be able to comfortably do these beginner poses. Either way I am sticking to it. I have felt for some time that I need to stretch my body out. Yoga is helping with that...I felt some areas stretching today that I have never. I look forward to achieving my Yoga goals!!!  So far I have found on Youtube.com Arianna Elizabeth  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6HhF-dMOqwA8m_ZspeA9kQ She so soft spoken and the yoga sessions are beginner friendly which I enjoy and I know my body does too!

I love learning new things!

I truly do! Apple Cider Vinegar - need I say more? The benefits are endless. ACV contains enzymes, proteins, antioxidants, and good bacteria. The taste itself isn't satisfying, but the benefits out weigh that for me. I will begin drinking in some form before bed to help with losing weight it helps decrease your daily calories intake, releases enzymes that promote fat burning, lowers blood sugar levels, helps gastrointestinal problems the list goes on. Drink ingredients ACV - 2 tsps Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp Raw Honey - 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon - 1 tsp Water - 1 cup (hot water) Planning to do a "results" check in two weeks! Before and After photos will be posted. 👑
