Day 3

Not a great day for me. Posting my picture from dinner. Will resume back to my daily schedule tomorrow.  My apologies!

Sisters.

I will say the most important part of this journey for me is having a support system. I thank GOD for my beautiful sisters! I want to thank Danielle for being a motivation as she started and stuck with your weightloss journey and she looks damn good! My sister Nicole for starting this with me without that push for Jan. 2 I may still be on and off. We got a late start but we are on track and I know the results will be fabulous honey!!!  Whoever this reaches and if your on the same journey as I lets start a motivational team no matter your location. BLACK GIRLS WORKOUT TOO

Soooo I am super excited my Black Girls Workout Too DVD comes in today!! Can't wait to get this on and popping. 😒😏 It has arrived!!!! I am so happy!! The best pick up because this morning has been ruff. 

Day 2

Good Morning! Well I didn't work out again after the morning workout. 😔 But I will be getting a good workout today! I went to bed incredibly late which means I could have worked out but I've said that to say I  still got up and made a quick breakfast and packed lunch with snacks (will include pictures later). Very proud of that because usually I run out the house with no breakfast and not only spend up to $15 😩 for lunch and breakfast while at work I eat unhealthy. So YAY for me!! Saving coins and eating healthier. Breakfast  Wheat toast peanut butter with banana slices. ( OK it's like my fav but this will be the last day this week for it!) Snack 1 Mini Pretzels Lunch  Spinach leaves, brown rice, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, and light Caesar dressing with a wheat tortilla Snack 2 Veggie chips  Dinner  TBD Snack No snack Did not take a picture of breakfast or lunch but both were delicious will follow up on dinner!  Update on today's workout! 20 minute...

Day 1

Good morning! My last post was back in December of 2014 it is now January 6, 2015. Today I did my first workout and it was under 30 minutes am I ashamed a little did I push myself in those minutes I did. I am not satisfied but I am happy that I took the step to at least get this far. I will continue to encourage myself to be more fit, healthier, and happier. I've also started eating healthier I just now need to eat proportional. I actually was a big girl went to the grocery store and purchased healthy foods! It will take time and I am not where I want to be but I will get there. I will. Maybe in another hour I'll make my veggie omelet! I will get another workout in this afternoon and then another this evening. Let's go Winnie! :) Workout accomplished 120 Jumping Jacks 20 Push-ups 50 High Knees 50 Crunches 14 Squats 60 Butt Kicks 1 minute wall sit (took 3 to 4 breaks) Workout was suppose to be 180 Jumping Jacks 30 Push-ups 75 High Knees 90 Crunches 21 Squ...
